Gender Selection and Douching

When using natural gender selection methods --trying for a baby girl--you need to know how to make a vinegar douche, which makes the vaginal environment more acidic.

Vinegar and Water Douche:

Add two (2) tablespoonfuls (the big spoon) of vinegar to a quart of sterilized water and mix the vinegar and water in a sterilized douche bottle. Make within 2 hours of use. Water can be bought sterilized or tap water can be used, boiled then cooled to room temperature. Two tablespoonfuls of vinegar is approximately equal to one ounce which also equals 30 cc.
